Vicky is a newcomer to the ProTECTOR team who joined us after spending a week at the Reef House Resort as part of a Field Tropical Marine Biology course. After her experiences of helping with the turtle research through the TAPS program, she was hooked. “I wanted to do something to contribute to the conservation program Steve was working on, so I asked to be involved in any way that was available,” Vicky says. We’ve taken Vicky’s desire to be involved very seriously and now have her working as the Assistant Editor of ProTECTOR News.
